Work Where You Play: The BEA Workforce Talent Project

The Workforce Talent Project was a statewide storytelling and recruitment campaign developed for the New Hampshire Department of Business and Economic Affairs (BEA) to inspire residents and newcomers to explore careers in hospitality and tourism. While contracted by EVR Advertising, Paige served as the producer on this initiative—overseeing creative development, logistics, and production across all seven New Hampshire regions. The project featured a series of video profiles highlighting local professionals, business owners, and students, showcasing how people “Work Where They Play” in New Hampshire. From concept through post-production, I managed coordination between regional partners, videographers, and BEA stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling that elevated both the workforce and tourism brand of the state.
